Mask up and VOTE

If you can, vote!

Home sewists in 2020 should never have been the line for thousands of people between life and death.

Our healthcare workers should never have been told to “hold their breath” or wear garbage bags as a stand-in for medical grade personal protective equipment.

Our essential workers should never have had to put their health on the line to do their jobs.

It’s outrageous. And from that outrage, Masks for Humanity began.

When things aren’t working from the top down, we help from the bottom up.

And that’s where you made a difference. You stepped up in the midst of the chaos and used your head, heart, and hands to help others stay safe.

We must step up again.

We have a week between now and Election Day. If you have the power to vote, use it. Vote for leaders who value people. Vote for leaders who value science.

Need any help figuring out where to vote, how to vote? Check out I Will Vote and you can find information specifically for your location.

If you are interested in any last-minute phonebanking, the Voter Empowerment Project is a great place to start.

With one homemade mask at a time, you changed the world. Let’s change the world, one vote at a time.
